At SEB there was a need for a new internal docuementation system that would replace current system. The new system had to be developed within a tight timeframe and would be used by around 1 700 employees.

My role include all parts from conducting research to doing the UI to collect feedback on the finished product. Starting with a lot of user research and close collaboration with the users we worked iterativly together with the product team, as well as with product and regulations specialists to create a design.

I took over a project from a senior UX designer where we are creating a modern and more user friendly interface for the users to see the customers insurance holdings and information.

Since I took on the project some basic research had been done to get an understanding of the user need, I then had to design the interface that we wanted to use. Since this will be found in SEB internal portals I had to work closely to other UX at the bank, making sure the experience felt seamless for the user.
